POO HAPPENS

Story via @baby_a_diaries

I was going to make a collage of all the adorable pictures of daddy and baby but this pretty much sums it up.

On this special occasion I want to share a part scary/mostly funny story. One day, very recently, Anya my 2.5 year old, who eats regular adult food had a massive, smelly as hell, diaper exploding poo poo which was beginning to leak onto her bottoms. Since I was the first person in the crime scene I managed get some of that stuff on my hands while taking off her bottoms and I had to wash my hands first, so I told Brian to quickly get her in the tub and carefully take off her diaper to avoid any spills. While I am washing my hands so thoroughly and giving him instructions on what to do my husband took off the diaper so skillfully that the massive poo poo landed into our bathtub. I stood there in horror.Goodbye, fancy lush baths forever!!  Before I could even think of what we should do next, right before my eyes he picked up that nasty shit with his bare hands and I was like no no no, I cannot. I basically sprinted, not ran but sprinted out of the toilet, out of the room, into to the living room so fast and left him to clean up the mess on his own. The sight of Anya's confused face looking at her Dada who had the expression that read something like 'How can someone this beautiful produce something so nasty' while holding his baby's crap in his hand..while I basically ran away. I don't remember the last time I laughed this hard!! I am still laughing as I write this!

Happy Father's Day to the best dada in the whole freaking universe. We know we can always count on you to clean our crap!
